Did you have a nice weekend? I hope so.
Today we are going to start correcting the activities of last week. Let see:
First, we are going to correct activities 2 and 3 of lesson 3 (page 60)
La 2 y 3 son las mismas: ------> A- 2 B-1 C-4 and D-3.
Second, lesson 4 (page 61) activity 4 "Read and say..."
1- True 2- True 3-False (Tourists spend money on hotels)
4- False (Local people can work in hotels, cafés and shops)
5- True.
Third, go to lesson 5 "The lost city of the Incas" (page 63), we are going to correct activity 4:
4) Read and correct the sentences about Mr. Bingham and his friends:
1 -They talk loudly.
2 -They cross the river carefully.
3 -They swim quickly in the river.
4 -They like canoeing slowly.
5 -They climb the mountain slowly.
Bueno vamos con la tarea de hoy, open your Class Books on page 64 lesson 6:
Hoy vamos a aprender en inglés algunos adverbios de modo y a como usarlos con el presente continuo o progresivo. Se ponen al final de la frase.
ACTIVITY 1: Esta actividad se hace de forma oral (no hay que hacerla en la libreta). Listen and say the number.

Observa el vídeo sobre los adverbios de modo
Después vais a copiar los seis adverbios de modo en la libreta y su significado: loudly (ruidosamente) quietly (silenciosamente) Slowly (lentamente) quickly (rápidamente) dangerously (peligrosamente) carefully (cuidadosamente).
Después tenéis que escribir en la LIBRETA 4 frases verdaderas usando la tabla "All about grammar" sobre la historia. Usando los adverbios de frecuencia en negrita de la tabla. For example:
"They're crossing the river carefully." (también os podéis ayudar del audio de abajo para hacer las frases)
Audio activity 2 Listen, check and repeat.
ACTIVITY 3: Make true sentences about you and your friends. Tenéis que hacer tres frases sobre vosotros y vuestros amigos. Por ejemplo:
"I'm playing with my friend loudly"
